If you have an SRL in Romania and your own page, the company’s details stay in text, on the site: the name, the legal form, the registered office, the trade-register number, the tax code, and the share capital. At LOLOTECH, a presentation page for a clinic, an office, or a trade in Romania costs €500 + VAT, is delivered in 3–5 working days, and includes a privacy policy, the phone number, and the address. The full list is on the websites page.
What does the Companies Act require from an SRL that has a site?
Law no. 31/1990, article 74 (5), says that if the company has its own website, that page publishes the information in paragraphs (1) and (3). The consolidated text, checked on 12 October 2026, requires:
- the name
- the legal form
- the registered office
- the trade-register number
- the unique registration code
- for an SRL, the share capital
- for a joint-stock company or a partnership limited by shares, the subscribed capital and the paid-up capital
The article was amended by Law no. 441/2006, published in the Official Gazette no. 955 of 28 November 2006. The duty follows from having a page. It does not follow from a shopping cart.
You send the details from the registration certificate. They go on the page, as text someone can select. A visitor and an inspection read them there.
Does a presentation site, with no shop, fall under the ANPC order?
Order no. 225/2023 of the president of ANPC, published in the Official Gazette no. 1110 of 11 December 2023, was checked on 12 October 2026 on legislatie.just.ro. Article 1 covers an operator that sells or provides services online. Article 2 also covers pages that advertise products or services, not only a shop.
For a clinic or a trade that presents its services to consumers, the order requires, in text:
- the legal person’s name
- the unique registration code
- the number in the register of legal persons, from which the business activity follows
- the address of the registered office and, if it is different, of the workplace where you actually work
- the series and number of the authorisations, approvals, certificates, and licences required for the activity, plus who issued them
Article 3 requires these documents to sit in the visual field, at first contact with the firm’s presentation, easy to find. Article 3 (2) says they are not hidden behind other text, behind photographs, or behind a search. Article 4, for someone who refuses to display them on a sales page, provides for delisting from that page, at the authority’s request. The order does not publish a fine in lei. I am not inventing one.
On a single page, the block sits in text, next to the contact details. See what the presentation website includes.
Does a plumber or a clinic fall under the e-commerce law?
Law no. 365/2002, article 5, gives a long list: name, office, phone, email, registration number, tax code, the authorising authority, the professional title for a regulated profession, the tariffs with the VAT mention and, where relevant, the delivery costs. Paragraph (3), added on 18 April 2024 by Law no. 50/2024, requires the information to be kept up to date. The text was checked on 12 October 2026.
This list belongs to the provider of an information-society service. Article 2 (2) (a) takes out of this law an offer of services that requires the provider and the client to be physically present, even if you use a phone or a form. The job at an address, the appointment in the clinic, and the booking at a salon are that case.
If you sell products through the site, the product is different: the shop is quoted separately, and the list in article 5 belongs to that provider. The €500 + VAT presentation page is not a shop and does not include terms of sale. It includes a privacy policy.
What do I put on the site if I am not an SRL?
Article 74 speaks about a company. A PFA does not publish an SRL’s share capital. On the page sit the name you are registered under, the registration number you actually have, the address where you work, and a phone number you answer.
A law office has the bar’s rules on advertising. This guide is the identification list for a company that has its own page.
If the activity requires an authorisation, the page gets the series, the number, and the issuer. If it does not, no number is invented.
Is it enough to hide the details in a PDF?
The privacy policy and the company’s details do different jobs. The policy says who processes the name and phone number from the form, and for what purpose. Regulation (EU) 2016/679, article 13, requires this information when you collect the data. The package on the websites page includes the policy.
Article 74 requires the company’s details on the company’s website. Order 225, article 3, requires the legality documents in the visual field, at first contact. A PDF on its own, or a form without a name and without a tax code, leaves the page without the block the text requires.
Does the tax code replace the phone, the hours, and the services?
The tax code identifies the firm. The customer still needs the phone, the hours, the services, and the area, written on the page. The same name, the same address, and the same phone number as on the Google profile. What a person sees on a local-business page is in the guide to a local-business website in 2026. Why the phone on the map and the phone on the site stay identical: local SEO for a small business.
No detail on the certificate buys a position in Google or a mention in ChatGPT.
How much does a page cost when the details are in the text?
€500 + VAT, once. 50% in advance, 50% on delivery. 3–5 working days after the advance and after your details, address, and photos.
Included: one page (Home, Services, About, questions, Contact), call and WhatsApp, Google Maps, a contact form, SEO metadata, Search Console, domain and SSL, a privacy policy, one revision round. The text also includes the company details you send: name, form, registered office, register number, tax code, share capital for an SRL. Care is €29/month, optional: hosting, updates, monitoring, and small text or photo edits, capped at 30 minutes a month. Without Care, the page and the domain stay yours.
A shop, online booking, and branding from scratch are quoted separately. The Romanian market ranges, not only this package: how much a presentation website costs in 2026.
Frequently asked questions
What company details must a website show in Romania?
If the firm is an SRL and has its own page, Law no. 31/1990, article 74 (5), requires on the site the name, the legal form, the registered office, the trade-register number, the tax code, and the share capital. At LOLOTECH, the presentation page costs €500 + VAT, is delivered in 3–5 working days, and includes a privacy policy, the phone number, and the address, in text. The article was checked on 12 October 2026.
Does a presentation site, with no shop, have to show the tax code?
Yes, if you are an SRL and you have your own page: article 74 (5) does not tie the duty to a shopping cart. If the page advertises services to consumers, ANPC Order no. 225/2023, checked on 12 October 2026 on legislatie.just.ro, also requires the name, the tax code, the register number from which the business activity follows, the address of the office or the workplace, and the required authorisations, with the issuer.
Does a PFA put share capital on the site?
No. Article 74 speaks about a company. A PFA does not have an SRL’s share capital. On the page sit the name you are registered under, the registration number you actually have, the address where you work, and a phone number you answer.
Can I put the company details only in the privacy policy?
The policy says who processes the name and phone number from the form. Regulation (EU) 2016/679, article 13, requires this information when you collect data. The company details in article 74 stay on the company’s website. ANPC Order no. 225/2023, article 3, requires the legality documents to be in the visual field, at first contact, not hidden behind a search or only in a file.
Does the price include a position in Google?
No. €500 + VAT buys the page, with the firm’s details in text, the privacy policy, call, WhatsApp, a map, a form, metadata, and Search Console. A position in Google and a mention in ChatGPT are not sold with the page.
